After you export the game (via the EXPORT menu button or the final standings popup button) you take the exported game file from the victoria\scenarios\exported games folder & paste it into the HOI:Doomsday save game folder. When you load HOI:Doomsday, it appears as a save game, but it tells you that it is a conversion from Victoria. 2b1af7f3a8
